2. One-Time Credit Purchases & Refunds

All plans offered on LeadSearch AI are 100% one-time credit purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. Lead credits never expire. Due to the immediate delivery of digital processing and scraping resources, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our platform, reverse engineer our discovery nodes, or use extracted contact details for illegal spam activities. You remain solely responsible for your compliance with regional outreach regulations (such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR).

4. Modifications & Support
